The San Francisco Treat

So next week I am off to San Francisco, one of the things white people like, for a conference. This is my second time to this conference and there are very few people there who do what I do. This is good in some ways, as I can talk to those people more and we feel a certain solidarity. Also, I can become a leader in bringing what I do more into what goes on at this conference. It is all part of my master plan. Anyway, I already have some plans with friends in the area, but what else should I do in San Francisco? I have never been there and know nothing about it.

Ask Corbett...he lived there...

You could always take in a protest, I imagine...Perhaps that would not be the most fun, though...

Protest! Protest! No, but really, you've gotta see the Castro. It's a totally unique gay community. There are also tons of great restaurants in the Mission District nearby, and Dolores Park is beautiful. I always love going to Crissy Field in the Presidio, where there is a long beach that leads right under the Golden Gate Bridge - it's gorgeous. There's also Chinatown, which is kind of crazy, but really good cheap food. Hmmm... North Beach has all sorts of porn shops and Italian food. Um... The Tenderloin is the scariest place on earth... Ah, San Francisco, how I miss thee!!!!

You should go down by the warf and see the guy who jumps out at people from behind bushes. Seriously, that was the best part of our trip last summer. Also they have Japanese dollar stores there! Daiso was my favorite.
