I hope everyone had a good Valentine's Day. I am not usually into Valentine's Day, and R and I usually do not really do anything special. Since the day was on a Saturday this year, though, we took some time to cook a very tasty dinner of mushroom, leek and lemon risotto and green beans with shallots followed by homemade caramel flan and an awesome drink made of champagne, vodka, and lemon sorbet all smushed together in the blender. It was nice to turn off the email, not talk about work and just hang out and play some cribbage.
Now get out there and buy the discounted chocolate!
